It's Monday again !
Which might also means getting back to work for some, or getting back to classes for others..
In my case, it's always work.
And my lower body is still recovering from yesterday's run =.=
sucks, when you have to climb up the stairs to get to the office..
Who else went to the Standard Chartered KL Marathon yesterday?
There were soooo many people at the event and it took me 10mins trying to get back
to our NB booth after I finished my 5km..
Anyways ! Some basic stretch to share before your workout..
