So, have you heard?!

New Balance is expanding its splendid Rainbow Running array with the New Balance 760 Night Rainbow Running Collection.
Designed with colourways and reflective materials tailored for night running, the new collection offers the highest visibility and the best fit for urban warriors to conquer city runs 24/7 while indulging themselves in the neon fashion trend.

For runners who prefer not to beat crowds of morning runners and commuters, running at night is a great way to escape from the hustle and bustle.

As you set yourself free to enjoy the city with a run at night, the New Balance 760 Night Rainbow Running Collection helps you enjoy your run in low light conditions by staying highly visible to oncoming vehicles.

Inspired by the brilliant colours of neon lights, the New Balance 760 Night Rainbow Running Collection features a bold, blazing palette. The collection is available in four eye-catching colour combinations that blend neon shades with rainbow hues, adding fun to night runs while making sure that its wearer will stand out even in the dimmest condition.

Developed for night running, the 760 shoe upper is made of special reflective materials that give 360° reflectivity. With the 760, runners will be fully visible when vehicle headlamps capture them in the dark.

The New Balance 760 Night Rainbow Running Collection does not merely catch the eye. The head-turning 760 is accompanied by proprietary New Balance technologies that guarantee perfect fit for even the most discerning runner. Designed for mild to moderate pronators, the 760 offers responsive cushioning and moderate stability that effectively protect the foot from excessive impact.

Built with the most advanced running technologies, the 760 incorporates an N-ergy component in the heel to provide optimal cushioning. A resilient elastomer engineered for shock absorption and impact force distribution, N-ergy can effectively maintain responsiveness while achieving the most comfortable ride.

The 760 also features the New Balance TS2 Post, providing ergonomic pronation control that offers moderate stability from heel-strike to toe-off. Together with the lightweight ACTEVA® LITE midsole, this high performance collection offers you maximum foot protection where it is needed most.

Exclusive : Pimp'em sneakers

Note : This is a special (personal) post for the fellow female sneaker lovers.

I got myself a pair of the NB's Evergreen Classics, the 500.
The 500 comes in many colors for you to choose from, from bright colors that stand out to laid back plain black & white.

Mine is GM500LG which is a shade of Light Purple, very girlish.. but then I am the kind who doesn't like to be "common" and be seen using the same thing as anyone else...
so I decided to bling up my sneakers..

the tools i need :-
- tweezer

- epoxy glue

- crystals/rhinestones (i'm using swarovski crystals as it's more shiny)

How :-

- sketch/plan what do you want to bling, eg: I am going to bling the N on my sneakers.
- mix both tube of the glue together on a piece of paper with the ratio of 1:1
- apply the glue onto the part you wish to stick your crystals on with a tip/stick (i use the plastic spatula which comes with the glue)
- lightly hold crystals with tweezer and place them onto the glue.
- wait for glue to dry (depending on the glue you use, every glue has different setting time).
- when it's 80% dry, press crystals lightly onto surface to set it firmer.

...and then you're done!

this is my finished product.

:) that's my shoes, blinged...

p/s : whether you're using commercial rhinestones or expensive swarovski crystals, please do not use Super Glue. I know it adheres very quickly but it WILL ruin your stones/crystals. I think epoxy adheres better & firmer than commercial super glue.. and it allows you to move your objects to adjust the positioning. Otherwise you can get those hot-fix swarovski crystals which has a layer of adhesive at the bottom which you can iron-on, minus all the hassles of glue-ing..

hope you girls enjoy reading this girlish post!
Have a good day!
